In Jakob Nielsen's latest book, Prioritizing Web Usability, the usability guru presents his latest discoveries on how to design usable web sites. People keep asking me if there are any usability books, I'd recommend, so I've put together a short list of titles I highly recommend. Things I knew, but didn't have a name for, or didn't realize they were usability issues in the first place. Chapter 3 by far seems to resonate with me. More about it in Tuesday's class. Well, I just finished a 4-hour brain-dump about Jakob Nielsen's book, and I'd rather not rehash it here.
